Hi! I'm Ciara Ham, founder of MBJ Doula Care and Melanated Birth Journeys Foundation, Inc. I'm a birth doula, educator, and maternal health advocate dedicated to ensuring every family receives compassionate, culturally responsive care. I believe birth is one of life's most transformative experiences, and every family deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout their journey. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from UMass Boston, I bring together healthcare, education, and business to help prepare the next generation of doulas. My experience includes supporting families during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, while also training aspiring doulas to provide high-quality, client-centered care.
